Who to Start at Defensive Units in your Week 2 Fantasy Line-up
Championships start here and this is a fact. Many leagues don’t incorporate a Defense position or in some cases even the Kicker position however for those that do we are going to ensure we have you covered. The old saying that Defenses win championship is a fact if you look at the last couple of Super Bowl Championship teams they have had good balance of Offense and Defense but their Defense was one of the league leading teams. Go back into the past and you will find that more often than not the defenses were very stout and had great leadership along with big time playmakers and hitters.
We did not make a change at the #1 spot. Houston jumped into that number 2 spot with that solid defense. So if your Fantasy Football League includes playing a Defense, lockdown one of our top Defenses and if you happen to pick up one of the top 5 defenses . You can lock it and forget about it but don’t forget to pick up a back up Defense for the Bye Week. If you don’t get a top choice don’t worry, you can grab a couple of the of top 10 teams and play the match up game.
Lets take a look at the big movers this week on the Defensive side of the ball. Baltimore flexed their muscles this week with a shutdown effort moving them into the #3 spot. We got caught by surprise by the 49ers last week. Enough so to move them from 30 to top 10 very poor judgment on our part. The Eagles and Titans Jumped into the top 10 as well both teams have had an excellent weeks.
