He's only sorry it was reported. His apology *this time* is prefaced by saying that things are getting out of control and "It started as a smart ass comment that I know that no one heard. How do I know, because there was a reporter right there next to me, as well as other people who saw the whole thing and didnt hear a word of it." Yeah, similar to when he called Tim Duncan a crybaby or when he dissed San Antonio's River Walk. And everything else he's done to stir sh*t everywhere his team plays. If Cuban is really tired of the crazy noxious stuff that happens between fans of teams, he might trying shutting the hell up instead of flapping his lips and dissing everyone. He's in no position to offer solutions because he's been so much of the problem. He's made himself the poster child for bad sportsmanship, and his ownership of the Dallas Mavericks is an embarrassment to the NBA.
