Thanks, bonzi… that’s actually where I’ve been hanging out these past few days. Just finished downloading a bunch of the clients on their software page and am looking forward to testing it all out tomorrow morning. I’ll take whatever I can get…

At the moment I’m watching the first of my two weekly games on cable (Houston vs. Portland today, San Antone vs. Miami tomorrow). Great game here in Portland so far.

Thanks for the comments, guys. I’m going to be over here in Bangkok until the end of May… and unfortunately I’m still trying to figure out the watching NBA games thing. My cable provider only airs 2 games a week (one on Friday and Saturday morning).

I was planning to stream games via the Leauge Pass, but the NBA is not offering it in Thailand. I’ve been doing a little poking around to find alternate sources online streaming games, but I’m not the most tech-savvy person in the world and am still trying to figure out the best way to go about this…

If anyone out there has any tips, I’m all ears.

Nice take Brian — I’m a lifelong Pisty fan and a drifting fan of your website. But I just became a bigger one! I cannot wait to see the impact AI has on this team. It’s the same type of splash we made acquiring Mark Aguirre and Sheed, although doing it this early in the season was brash. It’s a simple formula: acquire very talented veteran and somewhat edgy players to go on a quest for their first ’ship.

I’m sure Joe was pissed last offseason when Boston plucked KG and Ray Allen for basically nothing but $$$$. Both players fit that same mold of wanting a ’ship more than anything else. AI should give us a great ride! So how long are you going to be in Thailand? And how do you watch NBA games there?

You know, until now, I used to like ETB. the time for me has arrived to simply LOVE IT. finally, SOMEONE recognizes that AI is a f*cking superstar, who whatever he has to to win… that’s what he has been doing all along in his career despite being on bad teams with bad players, or good teams with a bad coach, where, even though he was much more of a leader, had to give that role to Melo, who failed spectacularly. but, his time has come. thanks for the great article Brian
