I think the impact will be much better for Toronto. Before O'Neal's latest injury streak, he was really focusing on becoming a better defender and can be a commanding physical presence that could put the Raptors over the hump. I could see them finally putting it all together next year. However the Pacers will still be terrible. They'll win around 35 games or so, but will be one of the worst defensive teams in the league. That starting line up will be Ford, Dunleavy, Granger, Murphy, and Foster/Rasho. The biggest challenge for opposing teams will be deciding which of those guys to abuse on defense.
