Loved your list. Great list.

The Celtics broadcast team is the best. Their chemistry is outstanding. So easy to listen to. Seamless. Always fun to listen to.

New York Knicks -- absolutely the worst. Walt "Clyde" Frazier sounds like a retarded Deputy Dawg. I have to put it on mute.

Thank God, there wasn't much of a reason to watch the Knicks this year -- except for that awesome Zach Randolph masterpiece.

Wow... y'all really don't like the Southwest division, do you? Also, any list that doesn't feature Tim Duncan as one of the 5 classiest in the league - especially when Chris "how many All-Star games did HE play in?" Paul and Dwight "I'm not gonna let the NBA star lifestyle change me oops I fathered a baby with a cheerleader" Howard do make the list - shows a complete lack of knowledge not of basketball, but of mankind in general.

The Celtics broadcast team is terrible. Heinsohn alone gets them last place for his borderline senility and stupidity.

Agreed on Boston, they're the only crew (specifically Tommy) that actually makes me laugh on a regular basis. If you're not rooting against the Celts, they make the game a lot of fun. I also like the Bob Cousy appearances and his old-school take on players he's clearly unfamiliar with.

I'm disappointed in the Warriors for coming out flat to start the year (even with S-Jax suspended) and I think they absolutely had the talent to be a playoff team in the West, even this year. My disappointment is amplified by really wanting to see them make it.

Phil, I'll post a few thoughts re: Dumars over Kupchak a little later today/tonight.

Boston's crew--with Tommy--is in there strictly from an entertainment point of view. Blatant homers? Yes. Whiners? Oh yeah. But entertaining because of it all? Yes indeed.

Dumars - drafted Rodney Stuckey & Arron Afflalo, added Jarvis Hayes (plus the continued development of Maxiell, Amir, etc)

Kupchak - didn't trade Kobe or Bynum over the summer, accepted Chris Wallace's donation of Pau Gasol at mid-season

How can you rank Boston announcers in the top 5? Is this with or without Tommy?
