He can't shoot but he is a pure point gaurd. His biggest problem is that he's spent much of his career so far playing out of position at the 2 along sided a less talented veteran at the point. Felton is no Chris Paul but give him time to play his true position, add another shooter on the perimeter or a post player with even an ounce of offensive skills and he will do just fine in Charlotte.
