- Le Basketbawl – A group of bloggers get the inside dish from the SlamBall commish.
- The Sports Hernia – The Knicks didn’t hire Donnie Walsh–it’s Paul Bearer in disguise.
- HoopsHype – Gabe Muoneke needed to get a few things off his chest.
- Orlando Sentinel – Rashard Lewis may have attended his last Medieval dinner show.
- NBAstuffer.com – The Jason Kidd Effect on Dallas Maverick stats.
- BallHype – Rudy Gay hits one of the best circus shots of the 2007-08 season.
- Rent Rodman – Dennis Rodman is whoring himself out (and we’re tempted).
- Hoops Addict – The race to avoid Detroit and Boston in Round 1 of the playoffs.
- 20 Second Timeout – Three injured superstars return… but Elton Brand did too.
- HOOPSWORLD – Much like the Pistons, the Utah Jazz enjoy flying under the radar.
- With Malice… – Donnie Walsh is a step in the right direction for the embattled Knicks.
- Wizards Insider – The Washington Wizards are pretty much cursed this season.
- The Court Reporters – The 76ers are coming together at the right time of the year.

I realize that I left Brand out of the mix in my post about the “walking wounded” returning. I’m happy that Brand is healthy again and wish him the best in his comeback but in that particular post I wanted to focus on players who came back for playoff teams and talk about the impact that Arenas, Nowitzki and Gasol have on their respective squads.

Oh, we weren’t really trying to point out a big hole in your post or anything like that, David. 20 Second Timeout is a daily read for ETB, and we frequently try to steer our readers your way. We just hadn’t been seeing much about Brand’s big return with 19 points in 25 minutes. You’re right, though, the other guys have playoff implications and their returns had more impact.

No problem. My plan is that once the season is over (and maybe the first couple rounds of the playoffs) there will be time to look at Brand’s comeback in total and figure out what it means in the grand scheme of things both for him and the Clippers.
