Hey Kurt-

We think that Marvin Lewis has to eventually see the light. In his last 4 games Johnson has put up a yards per carry of 2.1, 1.2, 2.0 and 0.5. It’s the worst in the NFL over that stretch. He’s also only managed to catch 3 passes in those four games and has just 1 TD on the season.

Meanwhile, Kenny Watson has been effective in the passing game and has 18 receptions in the last four games. Every time he’s gotten at least 10 carries this year he’s put up a YPC of 4.2 or better. Watson has a YPC of 4.4 on the year and has also managed to find the endzone 4 times.

To put it simply, Kenny Watson is obviously the better running back right now. Very soon, that has to translate into more carries.

Watson has 13 carries in the last 2 weeks, just curious about why you expect his share to increase?
