Hi,
I am wondering who should I start for my RB2 - Fred Taylor or Chris Henry (of TEN) or Kenton Keith.
Thanks

Which 2 would you use? Lee Evans vs Bungles, Brandon Marshall vs Lions, Or Andre Johnson vs Raiders [assuming he plays]? You guys always seem to write positive things about both players I own that I am debating using. This week its Evans/Marshall. This one might be impossible, even for you guys, to call definitively.

Marshall is getting about 75 yards a game, but no TDs; Cutler passes a lot to Stokley/Scheffler [pass by committee]; Cutler seems inaccurate and unsure with his passes; the lions defense is hot with TO's; The lions and broncos will both run the ball a lot.

Evans is Losman's only receiving target; Losman/Evans have a great relationship going back to last season; Losman is trying to squash any QB controversy by using his strengths over green, i.e. bombs to evans; Evans has a track history of getting hot once it gets to this part of season; and paraphrasing ETB, 'there wasn't a bungle DB within 5 and 10 yards of ward on his TD catches'.

andre johnson is andre johnson, but its not schaub, but sage did well in the 4th quarter...

* Answer to 'Go Gunners' trade question: Do not trade Heath miller for portis and jeff king. prior to hines ward's return, miller was leading the steelers in receptions. Even with Ward back, miller is still 1 of, if not the #1 endzone target of Big Ben's. Ben sees that miller catches everything thrown his way. I expect Miller to get at least 1 TD vs the ravens. If u went with the trade, you'd gain a worse TE, and gain a loser running back. all indications are that portis's 2nd half looks very bad. most of the big time FF writers, including ETB, think portis is a bust. What you should do is get rid of Lamont jordan, whose back injury or rush by committee is killing his #s. get whatever you can for jordan. There's gotta be a RB you can add via free agency or jordan trade right?

I like your call on Jay Cutler and Maroney. It is almost ridiculous, even through injuries that Maroney does not have a rushing TD this season (while his backups have had plenty), so you have to feel that this big hype game may bring the passing game back down to earth slightly, or at least enough for Maroney to find the endzone.

I think Cutler is in for a big second half, and this is a great week to keep his recent hot trend going. Against the Pack he was playing better than his stats indicated at the end. Watch for him.

Kind Friends-

You likely need no reminder, but I just wanted to let you know that Brian and I have seen your questions and we'll be investigating them over the next few days for you. The ETB Mailbag will make its triumphant return this Saturday, just in time for all of your crucial lineup decisions.

As always, thanks for reading and frequenting ETB.

I spent 2 years studying at Western Michigan, my last year there was Scheffler and Jennings senior year. (One of the best years to be a huge Bronco fan I must say - our 3rd string freshie QB, who lived in my dorm, ended up with 20 TDs and just 3 INTs.) Anyway, on a number of occasions I witnessed Tony Scheffler eating in the cafeteria I regularly ate in. He is a Massive MASSIVE human being. Probably the most massively built person I've ever witnessed first-hand....and yes I do have a mancrush on him and Jennings...

Need some help... I am proposed a trade. I my Heath Miller for Clinton portis and Jeff King.
I am trading for Portis because I have Lamont Jordan as my starting running back and he hasnt been doing to good. So here is my question. Should I do the trade? And then should I play Portis over Jordan?? I also have Donald Lee as back TE. He will def play over King...right????

I need your advice again (and thanks for the WR direction in Week 7). I've got two RB slots, one of which is for Westbrook. I could put Maroney in for yet another opportunity for disappointment, or go with your sneaky play Norwood, or stick with my always-performing and not yet injured Portis. Which #2 option will pay off best?

Thanks,
Andrea a/k/a Chesty LaRue
