I like the Brewer breakout choice. He is showing real game in Utah.

Dwight Howard most improved? He is going to have to have a hell of a season to be most improved over his already solid campaign last year.

Hmmm… I’ll take the over on ‘Sheed (and not just because I’ve been a fan since his days at UNC, and an even bigger one since he joined the Pistons). He’ll likely miss 1 – 3 games for excessive techs, but it seems like he’s in the best shape of his Detroit career and very motivated. I think he’s going to have a real fine season and play anywhere between 67-72 games.

Definitely agree with Bron Bron getting 33+, the way that offense is structured he’s definitely got the potential to score 40 at least 2-3 times a week, I wouldn’t be surprised if he were to average over 35.

Considering LeBron is a 22-year-old and he averaged 31.4 in 05-06, I don’t think 33 is unreasonable. Especially because we both think he’s going to need to take on more of the scoring load this year.

And we’re big fans of the youngsters on the Grizz roster, but do you really expect a 20-game improvement this year? That’s what it would take to match the Lakers record from last season when they got the 7th seed. You may well be right, but I don’t think it’s that out there to see LA as a playoff team.

I wanna now what you had to smoe to think the LAKERS have any CHANCE to make the playoffs in the west. Lets not forget the Grizz were a 50 win team 2 years ago and Gasol is healthy again. thats 4 teams from the southwest who make the playoffs, plus the suns, nugs and Jazz that leaves 1 spot for…The warriors.
