Pistons fan, get ready for Arvis to shoot and I mean shoot every time he touches the ball. The problem is not with him shooting but his inability to actually make them.

That will be his role on the team. The bench hasn't had a decent shooter on it since Mike James left. With Stuckey getting into the lane, and Maxiell down low, there should be plenty of open shots for Hayes. If he can make them, fine. But if he slumps, he at least as the confidence to keep shooting, as opposed to guys like Delfino who seemed terrified to make a mistake.

The Pistons have experimented on a backup for Tay for a long time and no one has worked out. Tay gives defense and provides a matchup problem, but he needs a rest now and then. He logged way too many minutes per game last year and looked tired in the playoffs.

Nice get, guys--interesting stuff. Sadly, this explains a lot:

I wouldn’t touch a ball until late July/early August. The off-season is really not too long at all.

I personally met Jarvis on airplane once when he was hurt and he was a very cool guy. However, as a big time Wizards fan, the dude killed me the last few years. Pistons fan, get ready for Arvis to shoot and I mean shoot every time he touches the ball. The problem is not with him shooting but his inability to actually make them.

I like to hear that he had good things to say about the city and I hope he has a great career. Chophouse is a money spot, great apps and home brews.
