If you put 30 people in a room that owned both Stallworth and Holt, I'm willing to bet that at least 25 of them would have chosen Holt. Unfortunately, fantasy football is not an exact science, and all you can do is make the best, most-informed decision possible. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't.
