Some really solid insights there Hooligan. Great minds think alike, at least some of the time. I'm glad you enjoyed the piece, hopefully it helps you dominate this weekend and be sure to check back next week for our week 2 ranks.

Brian and I were going back and forth on a lot of these rankings, but week one is just extremely difficult to handicap, especially after such a busy offseason for peripheral players. We ended up siding with the players who we believe in more than analyzing matchups, but next week and beyond we'll have a better handle on how the matchups will affect players this season.

I think your right on Demetrius Williams being the man by end of season. Perfect player to stash for fantasy playoff but I wouldn't touch him yet until he and the Baltimore offense proves he is worth a play.

I don't like Brandon Jackson in his first game against the Philly defense, coming off a concussion. I would rather take a wait and see with him as well, but he may fit someone's flex spot well depending on their roster. Go with a better matchup WR first though.

I think everyone in the fantasy world who drafted VD, would like to see Vincent against a different matchup this week, so they could gloat Monday morning when he goes off and they feel they drafted the sleeper of the year. He is going to be solid for TD's and yards, just maybe not this week.
