I think he was joking about the 50 TDs, but I don’t think 30 is out of the question. Then again, if they’re behind for the entire second half every week 30 INTs might be in the offing as well. Still, this is an ideal situation for fantasy production. I just wish the Lions had a young QB they were grooming for the future because if they can keep Roy and Calvin together the offense has a chance to be special.

BTW: I’m liking Tatum Bell more and more as a fantasy sleeper. If KJ isn’t healthy (and I don’t think he is) Bell could be huge. He’s excellent out of the backfield on draw plays and this offense is going to be running a lot of those.

Kitna has gone on record to say he could throw 50 TD’s this season. Of course, you’d have to take in the fact that he could also throw 50 INT’s as well.

I’d take Kitna over McNabb as well. You figure with Mike Martz’s system in its second year, and with Calvin Johnson and Roy Williams, the sky is the limit. Remember, in St. Louis, Kurt Warner and Marc Bulger become Pro-Bowlers.

I’m with you on most of these picks, but are you honestly saying you’d draft Jon Kitna over Donovan McNabb? The injuries were freak, and he’ll be back putting up huge numbers this year just like he always does.
