“Bank Shot – A shot in which the ball first touches the backboard before it goes into the hoop. A player will often try a bank shot when shooting from a difficult angle.”

The point is that Duncan’s unique ability to HIT the bank shot from a difficult angle makes him more difficult to defend than most other Big Men who do not have to be defended when posting up in that position.

Yeah, the bank shot isn’t long for this world. Word is, Duncan has requested to be buried with it when he dies.

Ming’s only downside is he’s just so dman slow. I think that is something that detracts from all that he brings.
