I'm not kidding, and apparently, neither are they (an unidentified T-wolves player asked, "#1 worst or #1 best?"). You gotta check it out (don't have link, but there's a story about it by Steve Aschburner in the Mpls Star Tribune). They used some very questionable criteria, but nonetheless there's actually a publication out there that's on record for saying Kevin McHale is the best sports GM with at least three years on the job. There are some other really odd rankings, especially in the top ten.
